How to Use the Spoofing Tool as a Super Admin

Go to the Member's Profile

Access Super Admin Settings Click on Super Admin at the bottom of the left menu.

Spoof User In the "Member Portal Logon" section, click Spoof User.

Enter a Reason Enter a note or reason for spoofing the member.

Spoof the User Click Spoof User to log in as the selected member.

Sign Out Once you are finished, click on the "Click Here to Sign Out" link in the green banner at the top of the screen to log out.
